Or click on each message individually and click send. Actually, closingrestarting outlook when noticing messages stuck in outbox generally fixes the issue till ifit happens again. However I recomend dragging the messages to the drafts folder first, this way you can avoid the whole online mode. Been working with MS on this for a while, sending them logs and doing debug traces on client machines as well as a bunch of other tests on the servers. What they have leared from my debug traces, is that its seems to be some sort of process that is interfering with the configured message transports in outlook. So the last trace I did with them, we got a list of current proccesses and their PIDs and they said they can hopefully pinpoint what exactly is causing this. I feel your pain everyone,  upper management is getting fed up with this issue and are looking at me for answers that I just cant give them  grrr  Hopefully with my post and all our brains together we can find something to this.
